Local Background Checks

The Records Division provides Local Background Checks for current or past residents of the City of Escondido, for the purpose of personal business only (i.e., adoption, work, school permanent residency, immigration, or citizenship).

Applicants must appear in person and provide valid identification. The fee is $22.00, payable by cash, check, or money order.
