An 18-year-old Escondido resident was critically injured Wednesday afternoon in a single-vehicle rollover crash on southbound North Center City Parkway south of North Nutmeg St. His vehicle left the roadway, traveled up an embankment and rolled several times. A specific cause of the crash is currently under investigation.

The male, whose identity is being withheld at this time, was taken to an area hospital.

Un residente de Escondido de 18 años resultó gravemente herido el miércoles por la tarde en un accidente de vuelco de un solo vehículo en North Center City Parkway en dirección sur al sur de North Nutmeg St. Su vehículo salió de la carretera, viajó por un terraplén y rodó varias veces.
